Resale and spec built homes are available from about $700,000
to $2 million, with a broad selection in between. This
spectacular community rises sharply in altitude presenting
some of the most beautiful desert view lots and city light
view lots anywhere in the Sonoran Desert. Of the total 576
lots in Desert Highlands, 400 homes are completed and
approximately 60 are underway. Lot prices also vary widely

fee applies. The homeowners' fee is $710 a month, which is
