Among the available real estate inventory are custom home sites generally measuring an acre or larger, resale and speculatively built custom homes, and patio homes of a European design known collectively as The Homes of La Scala. Prices of these timeless villas begin at approximately $1.2 million. Custom homes begin at about $2 million. Lots are available from $350,000. You must purchase real estate in order to apply for one of the 325 golf memberships. Membership is subject to Board approval and payment of the initiation fee, currently $205,000 with 80% equity. Current dues are $675 a month.
